The Coach and Four

Hailing from Memphis , Tennessee Jeffrey James and the Haul play a unique blend of Indie rock/Folk inspired music. The band consists of several members of Snowglobe and was created during a long hiatus of the group. The band consists of songwriter Jeff Hulett on vocals and acoustic guitar, Luke White on vocals and electric, Nahshon Binford plays horns, keyboard and percussion while Aaron Rehling holds down the kit and Dave Schulter plays bass. The Haul uses brass arrangements and vocal harmonies along with their front porch style to create their interesting concoction of sound. Jeffrey James and the Haul just released their debut album “Win the National Championship” on Makeshift Music and are in the process of figuring out where and how to record their follow-up. JJ and the Haul plan on touring regionally throughout the summer and continue to build a solid fan base here in Memphis. You can also here their song “Ambition Breathing” in Drew Smith’s debut film “The Book of Noah.”

Alot of Semi-trucks running into each other. Just Kidding, it sounds like a bunch of Memphis kids drinking beer and chilling on porches. Our sound goes all over the place.
